Information We Collect

None. IceFishnet Tone does not collect any personal or identifying information. There are no user accounts, no sign-up screens, no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no device identifiers, no location or GPS data, no advertising IDs, and no analytics or usage telemetry of any kind.

Everything you enter while using the app — contrast shower schedules, cold exposure phase durations, timer presets, frozen tray and ice block stock counts, flavor-infused prep recipes, face-refresh sessions and your habit streak history — is written directly to your device's local storage. It is never uploaded, mirrored or read by us, because there is no mechanism in the app capable of doing so.

How We Use Information

Since no information is collected, there is nothing for us to use. We do not process, profile, analyse, aggregate, monetise, rent or sell any data. We do not build behavioural models from your routines and we do not share anything with advertisers, data brokers or partners.

All calculations — streak counting, cycle timing, consistency summaries, tray inventory totals — are performed locally on your device, in the moment, purely to display results back to you.

Data Storage

Your content is stored exclusively in the app's private local storage area on your device. IceFishnet Tone operates without cloud storage, without remote databases and without backend servers. We maintain no infrastructure that receives, queues or retains user content.

Because storage is local only, your recipes and streaks are not synchronised between devices, and we are unable to recover them for you if the device is lost, reset or replaced.

Third-Party Services

IceFishnet Tone integrates no third-party services. There are no analytics platforms, no crash reporting SDKs, no advertising networks, no attribution or marketing trackers, no social media integrations and no embedded external content.

The app makes no outbound network requests for the purpose of transmitting your information, so no third party is placed in a position to receive it.

Data Security

The strongest protection we can offer is architectural: data that is never transmitted cannot be intercepted, and data that is never stored on a server cannot be exposed in a server breach. Your routine information stays inside the app's sandboxed local storage, protected by the operating system's standard application isolation and by your device's own lock screen, passcode or biometric security.

We recommend keeping your device software current and enabling device-level encryption for an additional layer of protection.

Children's Privacy

IceFishnet Tone does not knowingly collect information from anyone — and that includes children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no personal data from any user regardless of age, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to request access to, correct or have deleted from our side.

This approach keeps the app aligned with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar frameworks by removing data collection entirely rather than managing it.

Your Control

You hold complete control over everything the app holds. You can add, edit or delete any timer preset, tray count, infusion recipe or streak entry at any moment directly inside the app.

To remove all app data permanently, simply uninstall IceFishnet Tone. Deleting the app removes its local storage along with it. Since we operate no accounts, no cloud profiles and no server-side backups, there is no residual copy left anywhere once the app is gone from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the app or updates to legal requirements. When we do, the Effective Date shown at the top of this page will be updated accordingly, and the current version will always be published here.

Our privacy-by-design commitment will not be quietly reversed: if the app's data practices were ever to change materially, we would state it plainly in this document.
